http://archives.mycotopia.net/discus/messages/2/30950.html?1060834201 By John Doe (Smellmyfinger) on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 - 09:51 pm: Edit Pump&seal containers well I was going to save this for a tek but im to lazy. here is a trick that I used to use all the time when I was making cakes. take that pump and seal..put a cake in side with fresh water and then pump it till you see bubbles coming out of the cake do that a few time and your cake will sink....thats how easy it is to get as much water as posible in your cakes....best to do it on the birth.and you should not need to dunk the intire life span of the cake....there are more contams problems if you soak to much tho I used that for all my cake about six months until i got into grain and corn. try it you might like it  |
