.1% tween-80 works pretty well. Don't know where to get it, though, except chem supply (keep sterile.)

I used about ten drops or so in a half pint of sterile water for syringes and it hasn't killed any of the little buggers that I've seen-onna a slide that is.
oh yeah, Jet-dry-from the store for your dishwasher. My dish washers always go to hel cuz no one ever scrapes the food (bones)off the plate and cause the pump to go to hell
but now all my little piglets ARE the dish washers lol.one of the few cases of karma directly snapping things back into balance

I opened the bottle in achamber after drenching the total outside with alcohol. then put it into a ziplock with more alcohol to store. I'm pretty sure everything inside the bottle is clean. nothing for the contams to eat. also the friend useing the syringes hasnt had any problems with contams at all.

I use stuff out of the bottle at work in media and it lasts for months but it's always a good idea to sterilize....

That's in a lab, too.

it's just the jet-dry reducing surface tension,
as it should.

i believe it should be more like 1 drop in 20 ml.
but it shouldn't be a problem, hopefully.
