This weekend was my third time using Ayahuaska, I didn't want to post anything prematurely, on account of beginner's luck. I've now brewed and tried Shroomhuaska twice and Ayahuaska three times. The first 4 times total trying the vine mixed with cappi, and the vine mixed with shrooms produced produced no expelling in anyway, absolutely no side effects except a little nausea. This weekend I brewed a new batch and tried something a little different. I did a standard 2 day brew and used 30g of cappi/viridis with lemon juice. I prepared 3 doses each total. My friend has also tried my batch and unfortunately always violently purges. This weekend I drank down my vine in around 2 minutes, waited 30 minutes and then slurped the viridis in 20-25 minutes. To cover up any nausea, and to kick the trip in I smoked a lot of weed, and ate some jelly and buttered toast. I fast about 6 hours and wait until I'm hungry, after I drink my brew and smoke I get quite the appetite, usually I can eat all I want with no loss of appetite regardless of the smoke. The trip goes strong for 2-3 hours, and during that time I've had some of the most amazing visuals, and the trip is always mellow, so much so I really prefer it to shrooms. This trip however I tried the native's methods. After 2.5 hours I drank another full dosage of Ayahuaska, and again in 2.5 hours I drank the last dose. It was in my opinion the best trip I've ever had. The visuals were bliss. Shroomhuaska I find to be completely different, the vine really seems to pick up the shrooms, however it also heightens one's moods, so much so that if you don't have a good constitution it would be very easy to freak. Typically on shrooms with the vine I get decent visuals they are typically psycadelic visuals, all sorts of color, but the U4ia is that of the vine and it whips me around much like Redmonds recent Ayahuaska trip. Ayahuaska tends to give me powerful hallucinations, with tons of shining light, bright mist, a very good time, it doesn't seem to whip me around quite as intensely as Shroomhuaska. Truly different metabolisms/people will dictate the side-effects, Ayahuaska is by far the best trip I've ever experienced, I plan on shooting for 180 gram trip next time around, even on 3 doses my basic motor skills were pretty good, if I could I do it daily, multiple times I definitely would. By the way I suffer from horrid acid reflux, and depression. I've had rough times on shrooms and Shroomhuaska, but Ayahuaska has proven to be very enjoyable. |

i have acid reflux too so i can sympathize. might try vinegar instead of lemon juice if you want. i use lemon juice too, can't stand vinegar but it might be easier on your gut if you can stand the smell/taste. what did you see ? how did you feel after ?

I don't know about switching to vinegar (my policy has always been "if it ain't broke" maybe I'll try it sometime soon however). So far lemon juice has proven to sit well in my stomach, besides the taste it's been great, even the taste isn't so bad. I've brewed rue with vinegar, awful smell. The visuals started out with bright back lit light often surrounding me from behind. The walls quickly turned into bright white mist, the geometrics were more visual than any shroom trip I've done at high dosage. Tons of color, when I closed my eyes, I realized there was no reason to keep them open, closing my eyes was the same as having them open. On my second dosage 2.5 hours into the trip, the visuals came on much more quickly much more intense. Same thing, only more surrounding light, more mist, and far more intense visuals, loads of colorful visuals I can't begin to describe, but so far no animal visions except on Shroomhauska. How did I feel: during and after I felt much better than any acid, or shroom trip, I felt mellow, chipper. The next day I felt good as well, a little tired from the multiple trips. I can't make a long-term judgment past that, as my life tends to go up and down, and the next day I had work.... I have nothing but good things to say about the brew. |

If someone drops me an email at my ziplip acount . I might be willing to ship off some water that has a natural ph of 4 to 5 . Comes from a river right up the road that flows from the moutains . Very acidic water lots of tanin in it. When we share we all learn

If you have reflux might want to consider no caffiene, chocolate or tobacco day of your trip as these substances can decrease lower esophogeal sphincter pressure which worsen reflux. Additionally some calcium channel blockers and viagra can do the same. Viagra and shrooms seem like they would be a natural, but if you choose this route consider some zantac few hours before and an empty stomach. |

So sorry....sometimes people get used to slinging lingo about. Specialized lingo is by some considered a way to efficiently convey information in a technical field however others may feel it is a form of elitism to gaurantee ones salary . Calcium channel blockers are meds for controlling blood pressure. Typical trade names would be diltiazem, cardiazem, nifedipine.... |

Interesting thought, If I'm not mistaken all three of those control blood pressure and anajina, and I know nifedipine is a chemical MAOI inhibitor, have you tried these drugs in combo with hallucinogens with good results? |

What is Ayahuasca? I've not really heard of it. Where can this be obtained? An eye for an eye will create a world full of blind men.

Check Bouncing Bear and Icaro for prices on Banisteriopsis caapi vine, and Psychotria viridis. It's oral DMT prepared with a simple extraction. Banisteriopsis Cappi is the MAOI typically used, and P. Viridis contains the DMT. Blood |
