this is really simple... take a laundry basket and tape the bottom holes up from the inside so the sticky part is facing out. this will keep the dry mushies from blowing out.. now just put your mushies in there and place a boxfan on top and vola!

Man, thats what I need right about now.
I used to do something similar with round laundry baskets. Then they have a dual purpose. Fruiting and drying.
