I finally got a good deal on a AA PC at eBay!!
The description is a 15.5qt #7. Is this the same
as a 915? I thought $90 for unused was a good
price.

Probably be great for quarts! Too small for half gallons. Most of the AA PC's of any given size tend to finish at about the same price on ebay. It does seem to be the best place to get one though.

Looks the same as the 915. If it is, it will hold 7 quarts at a time, and will not fit half gallons.

I just found out the instruction manual is missing.
Can I just throw the rack and 6 half-pints/brf in,
add about a inch of water, heat until
guage shows 15psi and then lower the heat? Or
is there another method required for AA PC's?

you could do that but since you have this killer new PC why not get wild and do quarts! You could use simple popcorn, or birdseed or my new favorite, a combination of the two

I'm a noob so I think I'll try PF cakes until
I've got that down cold and then go for the
popcorn/grain teks.
Is my PC procedure ok tho?
I'm off to dig thru the archives!

This is a reliable source for parts as well. They will respond to questions quickly and may be able to get you a manual.

That's where I bought my stainless steel AA but I see they only offer it in aluminum now.
