Mine are just starting from a cutting. The one on the left is kinda droopy still from shipping.

Does anyone in the know think that they would grow better under floros? Im just keepping them in room light, and they seem to be doing fine.

if you want fast growth for more leaves to smoke then more intense light with give that. if you're content to just keep it alive then ambient light will do.

the light (4 X 4 feet daylight fluro) were that far since they are young.......and they dont show any sign of lack of light....so I continued that way.....

they seem to grow very well under their present condition/lightning...

all i'm saying is remember that light intensity obeys the inverse square law.
if you double distance,
you reduce intensity to 1/4th.
so lights 2 feet away
are 4 times as intense as those
4 feet away.
brighter light = faster growth,
assuming conditions will support it
[enough nutes, water, etc.]
they'll do fine under lower light intensity,
but they can take more.
no biggie.

yeah I know they could be way more close....but considering the trouble it would be to rebuild the tent every couple week.....

I prefered to put the light at a good distance so the plant have space to grow "mature"...without the need to rebuild this plastic tent

peace

you could just put the lights right on top of your tent,
also even on a side.

gee, i hope i don't sound like a nag.
they're yours,
do it your way.
but since this is headed to the archives i figured i should point it out as a possibility.

your are right about the fact that light should be closer....expecially fluro..cause they dont produce lot of heat...

but in my situation now..the best option was to do it that way...
