Naw. It was very personal and was about life direction and healing. The peak of the trip I really don't remember. Just a bit of the come up. and then into deep deep sleep. I woke up with my devotional candles lighting the room at dawn with light OEV that made me know I was in the mushrooms house. The mushrooms did something to me that made me feel al ot better but I don't know what. It was all the mushrooms man!

I get it, sometimes that is all we need. No need to ponder to deeply why you wake up feeling fantastic

I've only used plugs in logs but I see trich in many woodlover cultures. I've repeatedly seen woodlovers eat trich and the wood it was growing on....

Just listened to the Mycology episode from the podcast Ologies by Alie Ward. Very entertaining and Dr. Tom Volk seems like such a great professor.

You can try the extract room air fresheners, either the cheap ones which are a gel, or the oil with reeds. No doubt your spray will also work, but the fresheners will be more persistent.

Update:
I have been spraying with a fine mist of neem oil and vanilla. At first the spray was quite potent, then when the adult fungus gnats went away for a day I diluted the solution to 1:1 with more water. So far I have only seen one adult fungus gnat. Also the mycelium recovered pretty well. I have noticed alot of aborts, however have been able to harvest a few little mushrooms everyday.

Well that's positive news (other than the aborts). Nice!
