Kinda, its actually an image from some photohosting site. Can't remember the name of it but they feature all kinds of fancy photoshopped images. If you think about it, the movie They Live! was made in the 80s and GWB wasn't the focus of such artistic attention until a good 20 years later... still, cool pic eh?
