you need to be validated first. Watch for the email, and check your spam folder. As soon as you receive and reply to that, you will need to post 3 times in the welcome mat. You will then become a free member, able to post anywhere.

I was validated back in 2009. I'm still awaiting a new validation email for changing my email address to something I have access to.
