Is this casing ready for the fruit chamber?

Three fully colonized pint jars were cased in
straight coir about four days ago. Should it wait,
be patched or put in the fruit box.

I'd fruit it. If you incubate much longer it'll probably overlay.

I usually expose coir casings to fruiting conditions at the first sign of myc poking through the casing layer (2 – 3 days). IME coir tends to keep colonizing for a few days after you introduce to fruiting conditions.

Oh and would you guys mist the casing directly
until you see pinning or just the sides of the
chamber.
