One box of red carpet cake (with pudding), 3 eggs, 1/4 oil, 3 bananas pureed, chopped walnuts. Add all together . Pour into bread pan sprayed with coconut oil , then put into pre heated 350 over for 40-50 . Ready when a tooth pick inserted does not come out with any red on it. It is moist banana bread like they sell in Hana but with the red of setting sun!!!!

Somebody had munchinovations.
I went ape the other day and started baking cookies to put up in the freezer. Wound up making a couple of dozen.
I just polished off the last of them last night - LOL !!!
Learned a new trick:
Using the Toll House chocolate chip cookie recipe (the best one ever - IMO), instead of using two sticks of butter - -
use one stick of butter and one half cup of coconut oil. (Thank me later.)

Yup! Butter makes them flat and more greasy. Crisco or coconut oil makes them much more awesome!
