Starting a share log of data and experiments, feel free to add your own info and tests or discuss posts.

Here I am using a disc of stapled cardboard as a starter medium.

I have enriched the cardboard for testing purposes.

If I get growth I have the option of using agar cubes on toothpicks. I can either leave the agar in place and swap pegs, or remove the agar and peg.

Testing "mini rich substrates in paper bags", spent black tea, using a sample of paper casing (Tarragon), and flesh sample (Summer).
I am able to add sterilized toothpicks (cut to size), strips of cardboard, paper samples or even straw to transfer.

There is also the sandwich option if need, a SAB or flow hood is a "must" as mold will germinate.

Here is 20 hours later, the clone has blown up, very fuzzy.
