Back again, after a long hiatus, with another grow log. I will be running LEDs - because I hate dealing with heat and they rock.

The first strain will be Cookie Wreck.

I setup a 4x4 tent and some cheap LED panels to get started.

I will eventually swap in my larger LED from the old LED thread while I make my own DIY LED system. I am documenting that here:  https://mycotopia.ne...100464-diy-led/

This will be an organic soil grow supplemented with BIO CANNA and compost teas. Old dog and old tricks. Nothing new here yet except the strain and the light, until I find more time to get creative.

And I also fell in love with vaping oil, but just a tiny amount. I can't get high like I used to. I spent the better part of the last 3 years not smoking at all!!

Just saw this thread Mate just like the old days, lol.

your threads are great to follow I don't know how many times I've searched back to the fodis (spelling i.e.) thread for information I'm glad you're sticking with the bio-canna I liked that suff it has all the goodies and it's really made to be used with organic soils like you're using . . I know you research your seed if it's anything like GSC which I've recently tried, power to the people bro

2 seeds popped already. Got them into solo cups with some of my recycled soil from the previous grow thread here.

Last night when I soaked the seeds, I also drenched some soil and mixed in some mycogrow.

Sweet grow log mate0x. I have never used leds but I like the idea of less heat especially in Summer. I would like to try an Led grow this summer. What kind of Leds do you use for flowering and vegging? I have only done a little research on leds but stuck with hps for the proven track record. Do you have a link for the leds you use? Gonna follow this log here. I'm pretty interested. Peace, TO

Hey man. I do not use a different spectrum for flowering vs veg - never have really.

I am going to be building an LED array from separate components, but there are many pre-made units on the market that work. Some are very efficient, some are not. It depends on your interest in efficiency, and ability to support an initial investment upfront.

The one I will be using while I build mine, is no longer commercially available, but if you need help researching for a comparable model I can point you in a direction. It also depends on what size space you want to cover with light.

You get amazing quality bud, with less heat. Trying to make up for yield is where efficiency comes in.
