Reading around too much magnesium is bad for fruiting, so you may be onto something there.

I have fruit tissue still live and growing that is 6.5 weeks old in calcium water, I have also misted cakes with calcium water.
There are definitely no issues no far with several oyster types and calcium. Simply not toxic and beneficial.

Talking to farather via instant messaging I am thinking about going oyster shell + soap. Might be the best roll.
People have recommend oxyclean to me as the soap so I will be using that.
