What do you guys think of the new video? I'm thinking of trying it at some point. Has anyone else tried it?

Tried the sclorita? Yes I enjoy the trip. Very similar to cubes but a little different. Little more friendly.

There is of course proper truffle edible mushroom varieties. Truffle just describes subterranean fruiting bodies.

Stones are the bomb.  Most shroom growers eschew them, as most shroom growers suffer from tiny-penis syndrome and try  to compensate by growing massive flushes of penis-like fruits.

Stones have no phallic value.

That said, if you're content with your penis (I'm content with your penis even if you don't have one) then stones are the way to go ... as long as you have sterile practice, it's golden.  It just takes patience.

I've never figured out why stones aren't WAY more popular than they are, but ... who knows?

(I know - it's a penis thing)

Just sayin' ...

:)

Sclerotia are not fruiting bodies, Truffles are.

Sclerotia are just thickened, swollen mycellium. The sclerotia producers still send up kosher magic mushrooms above ground to develop and spread spores.

I've read other places saying 2cc per jar as well. He talks about it like a max though and is clear that less works and some people do it.

Ive allways used 1 cc max per jar but i try to make it only a couple drops i want minimum chance for contamination and intruducing 2cc and up just opens the window that much higher even with a clean syringe. Plus all the genetic variance.... Jebus

Maybe im just being picky :/

If you watch the later videos he spawns it out and he refers to puting his casing in the microwave for 6 minutes as pasturizing.

Thats irradiation and heat i would consider that sterilization more the pasturizing

At the risk of repeating myself, sclerotia are *N*O*T* fruiting bodies. And the sclerotia producing species also produce rather phallic fruiting bodies, but they are ABOVE ground.
