Finally got my schedule down to where I felt like I had time to devote to kombucha brewing and had the offer of a scoby.
Went to goodwill and found a glass vessel large enough to work with (for now) and have finished the first brewing and am now doing a second ferment with fruit juices. (1 green goodness and mango madness in the other)
Here's pics of the first brew and transfer and restart.
Next will be splitting the scoby for backup in the scoby hotel.
