3/4 cup Olive oil (virginity doesn't matter)
1/2 cup Lemon juice
2 TBSP Oregano
2 TBSP Garlic powder
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp black pepper
Mix well, marinade in a gallon ziplock bag for up to 24 hrs.
I use this with boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fish or pork. I ALWAYS grill my meat with this recipe The olive oil will flame up on you so keep an eye on that, but it puts a nice, smokey flavor into the mix.
Slice the meat up and make some Gyros!
