Yes, 100% coir, only.

I have never decided what to add to it....lots of recipes out there....is there a "next step up from coir only" recipe that is recommended?

Fruit stem to agar.

A2A a couple times

A2G

1:3 coir, earthworm castings, verm.

A handful of gypsum.

These are all short & fat from shoebox tub in a northern facing window.

Do these look like ARX?

Has anyone looked into colchicine incorporated in the fruitings?

Mikey:  You note that ARX produces few spores but I obtained 8 spore prints today with no problem  from a first flush.  The prints are red like redboy.   While the criticism of colchicene  as toxic was elaborated upon and well merited  I would think that  generation there would be  no colchicine incorporated in the fruitings? No?  Sort of like feminized seed treatment?

So what Im getting from this thread is that it requires some obscure and potentially dangerous treatment in order to produce hybrids?

or is that just a more reliable shortcut?

cause I have seen answers both ways

No, this only states that you can create hybrids from two dycarion strains using this colchicum.

Elrick has a guide to create hybrids from two monocarion strains.
