Need a Fresh Mushie Recipe

Not much makes me sick to my stomach; week old sushi, dirty diapers, fruit cocktails, and fresh cubenis. Anyone have a recipe they'd recommend for fresh cubes?

When I micro dose a large fresh cubensis fruit, I put it in a smoothie with tons of yummy stuff, not because I'm adverse to the taste but I'm telling you because the taste does get buried.

I find the fresh very mild in flavor. Seems to time to develop that ass flavor.

I agree. With dry I cut it up real small and swallow it with a big sip of soda. Makes it bearable. The burps are the worst, though.

Blender smoothie
Hand full of shrooms
Lemon or lime juice
Sprig or two of lemon balm
Blend on low
Add small amount of water to cover
Let sit for 20-30 min
Hand full of fresh or frozen blackberries
Couple pieces of dark chocolate
Blend well
Pour in glass
Chug or slurp with bubble tea type straw
Melt face

Keep eye on amounts of ingredients out in blender so your not chugging some huge quart jar of smoothie

Dice and boil in water like you are making a tea. Strain. Instead of drinking the water, add a bunch of gelatin and some sugar andboil that for a minute. Pour into a sheet pan and cool and slice, and baby you got jello or gummies depending on how much gelatin you add. The taste is a bit odd, but not bad.

I'm curious, is there a loss of potency through oxidation?

Oh I forgot to add that I added a bunch of crushed up vitamin c pills (ascorbic acid) to prevent oxidation. I actually left them in the fridge for like 3 weeks before eating and they were still good.

Pretty vague there.
5 medium of what kind of strain?
If a "medium"medium sized fruit is say 15-20g the. You would be making a dose of tea with 65-100g of fresh fruits which would be the equal of 6.5 - 10g for a dose. Major heroics there. Even more sever with something like a wood lover
Unless completely ground up is think 1-1.5 cup water for fresh mushroom would not be enough and you would risk scorching or constantly adding more water
Please let them simmer for longer then 10 min you will loose a lot of magic with that short of a steep/simmer/boil

I haven't tried fresh tea, but dried 6 grams was plenty for three people. I simmer for 20 minutes or so, strain and simmer a second time, using a cup of water each time. I add a teaspoon of honey to the first simmer. Makes the taste quite pleasant.
