Could evap the excess water off the honey to bring the water content down enough to prevent fermantation and the have the possibility of psychedelic honey and Psychedelic honey mushroom candies. I'll give it a shot, should work great with Pans. I'll post my discovery in another thread.
I feel there's no way all off the actives are pulled out of the shroom. Like with Stamets Blue juice it takes the busting of the cell wall to extract that efficiently.
This is more or less osmosis, which just pulls the water through the cell wall.
I'm no biochemist or chemist, but I'm sure a good percentage of Actives should stay behind in the wall, but again I'm not sure how big Psilocybin, Psilocin molecules are, or what size molecules can easily escape the mushroom cells.
