Sad face to That.

I know nothing about them Other than it is a Japanese maple. I have a cherry tree and an apple in the middle of the backyard. Apple only produces a few apples and has been pecked to death by the woodpeckers... So Idk wtf to do w that either!!

I really only have the left side of the stump Out front to plant, as it's the only full sun area.. Everything else is shaded by Oaks...

You can consider a Fruit Hedge (fedge) or a living fence made out of willow cuttings, they can normally be gathered along any river or waterway. We made one by literally sticking the cut branches into the ground and tying with twine to organize the pattern to suit the owner, it has been installed now for 8 years without any real maintenance other than an occasional trim.
