How do you make a palatable beverage out if it? I have fine powder.
I see a starting dose could be around 2g.
If you use it with regularity, the taste is not unpleasant. I think it tastes like a green tea. Not great, but OK. I just slug it down in cold water in the morning before I brush my teeth. I try to let it sit for a few minutes after stirring it in, and then give it one more good stir before drinking. The time sitting seems to fully wet all the powder and make it suspend better with no small clumps.
I have been told that mixing it with yogurt makes it better, not unpleasant. Others have suggested mixing it with OJ.
I know the strength seems to vary by type and by the source. I personally favor the white strains, like White Horn,
and White Maeng Da. I find them a good middle, not as speedy as greens, and not as sedative as reds. I have not tried golds yet.
I find a well rounded teaspoon is just about right for me. I usually need to do a slight adjustment up or down when I get a new shipment.
