Oh yeah, they also curled up just the ones in the pick above. I would agree with the capt. on this one in being its from the coprinus family.
They also make a pill from a chemical found in some coprinuss for alcoholics called ANIBUS. Some coprinuss are edible but when you drink alcohol them make you very sick

Very common round compost and lawns in the area..Sometimes I leave a tub of wet poo outside for a while just to see them, they'll pop out by the thousand and deliques quickly.Very beautiful..That pic of hips is the same species, as the cap opens further it goes translucent and then gels.. The colour varies quite a bit from off/white to grey to light cream/brown.
