Local workers spilled some spray foam on your garden? I wish I had a clue other than the spray foam but I don’t. I sure hope someone else pipes in with more knowledge, I would love to know what it is. Thanks for sharing the weird stuff.

That would definitely explain the overnight appearance much like the Yellow stuff in your garden Bear. Did you ever figure out the marble looking thing?

After the bright yellow came the foam white like that

next probably will be a dirt to coffee brown color when it starts to release spores

No complete mystery never figured out what it was.  good wind storm about a week later and could not find it again.  Best I could find is a slug egg.

Got in the raspberry canes and the ground cover raspberries and did not seem to harm them.

Also not eating leaves like lettuce

Are you watering out of a rain barrel ?

It rained hard last night and it's going away... Kinda cool to watch. I was hoping it was a egg sack, being the hay is covered with a net

That actually looks like straw to me. The hay I mistakenly used on my first garden had seed heads on it and shit tons of new grasses came up lol. Overtook my veggies in no time and there was too much to weed without really messing up the veggies. I think you're golden!
