Lol maybe sick of hearing from me but I just found this after looking. I already have a heat version only to run two heating mats so I like the ink bird brand already. Anyways for about 70$ I found a temp and humidity controller plus the sensors. Inkbird ITC 608 T. There is another model with two plugs each of heating and humidity. This one is good to 1800w already so I can see being able to add plug splitters to the single unit and being able to handle temp and humidity since they are no where near 1800w.

Also very exciting to myself I'm seeing uses in the reviews ranging from curing meat and herbs to incubating and hatching eggs. I know the brinsea incubators are very expensive for the amount of eggs they will do. Also auto turning but...this doohickey can do most of the same things especially with and ultrasonic humidifier and fans hooked up. Now I know what to do with that old refrigerator!

I can’t wait til our garageretor dies, already plotting on how to turn it into a killer FC, great minds think alike.

Thank you. I found the kit online but also looked a little farther into it. Previous post. On the big Azon store they also have sets of the singular temp humidity gages. Some are changeable from c to f ect and have setting for different times of the day. Thanks for posting this you really have my mind working on different projects now. Egg incubator, seed and seedling starting and chill times for seeds. Can harden off cuttings some by lowering the humidity over time.

I have one on each of the lower 3 FC, they work well, very consistent readings, and very inexpensive. I also run a heating system, just to keep the environment consistent for fruiting. Everything I use I bought at the azon or big box superstore. 720d1bb7a2f104258fd33fa649755205.jpg

Got the SAB sealed up today. Good size box. Got a little liberal with the dremel, hence the excessive sealant use around the flanges, but as long as it seals, no worries. Can’t wait to practice some cloning tek and hopefully be able to start making my own syringes. Midway through spawning the sub I made yesterday, I fucking ran out. So, of course, just put another batch in the oven. Last 2 jars of Burmese goin in tomorrow. This is also the beginning of my second run at PE. Made a couple trial tubs, I liked the shape of this particular vessel because of the surface area that will be exposed during fruiting, if and when we get there. Peace

Making progress here with some trial cakes I made a couple months ago. The small cake needed water bad, so i did my very first soak in the fridge for 24hrs. So far, this cake has made one huge shroom, and a few more small ones pinning on the backside. Made a big cake with Burma spawn and soaked that one as well. I was always hesitant to dunk because of bacteria issues, but so far so good. The PE are almost there, the tubs are still very heavy and retaining moisture with the parchment paper tek. I noticed that the myc on top is super white and fluffy, i think that this is a successful test. Peace. b178924616e57cc5688f5652ce98d5dd.jpg743a1896b16d4645e81409b99254de48.jpg576225a7a919fc700934bcf9cc98f4d8.jpg6d0939671d85b00a372a93837659afe5.jpg

Getting nice growth in these new tubs. Im trying to get as much surface area exposed to FAE as possible when in the FC. Going to find a way to make some stands for the cakes to be suspended in air above the FC floor, still gonna have damp perilite on the FC floor to maintain moisture. The small cake experiment is a flop, no worries though, the PE tubs are killin it. Peace to all mycofam. 828e8162a1d9ac478ed0dafe3e1b2019.jpg90e7c45e9a0e62480d56b6033105d46f.jpg9b2700388ea04ca2dcf9ef567abd6a55.jpg110b0748e4022ab0337f3fb1715cfb9a.jpgdc61b4eeee1f6c567bfd66a3a4ac4d87.jpgee10f6f8a0d7464c400326a89eca82e3.jpg

Fuck PE altogether. Both times I’ve attempted to grow these I get contams. Orange isn’t a welcomed color. Bella kitten agrees, and wants her yumyums. Peace. 5755c7a31b56028d40e201aea11a26df.jpgd8ec31c10fa67e22f622078527c2c88e.jpg

PE can be tricky. But honestly I prefer the classics anyway. Love the classic cube phenotype. PE generally looks like, well, a bag o dicks.

I’m over it. Not gonna try them again. My best success we’re all Mexican, B+, Amazonian, Hawaiian, and Burma. That’s my wheelhouse, gonna stay there.

Don't know who has goid genetics anymore, but most any of the other Thai strains. Ban Hua Thanon if you can find it. There was a China floating around Mycotopia, not sure if anyone might still have that.
