Ummm.... So I don't really enjoy writing/following recipes, but I can cook and the picture should guide you if you can too... For this I just used rotisserie chicken I had left over.
If someone is really curious I will re-make this and put together a proper recipe. Otherwise, here's the ingredient list in a rough order of how its combined.
splash of wine(cuz I was drinking some)
Miso(stir it in well)
chicken jus(I just used what was at the bottom of the plastic container, more chicken stock could be added)
chopped/shredded chicken, white and dark meat
Rice wine vinegar, just a splash and cook for about 5 minutes after adding it.
Cook soba noodles, add some crushed red pepper or chili oil, or spicy chili sauce if desired.
Top with green onions.
