These mushrooms found under pine tree is it edible, psychoactive or poisonous

That's not pine, it's Hesperocyparis macrocarpa.   The mushroom is an undescribed species of blewit close to Clitocybe nuda.   In California we get the real Clitocybe nuda under Quercus agrifolia, it smells much more fragrant.
