how many half pint jars can you innoculate with a 10cc syringe? I want to get as many innoculated cakes as I can out of each syringe.

I think the technical answer to that question is based on:
1. How clean is your operation?
2. How long are you willing to wait for colonization?
3. How good is your LC? (spore/myc density, viability, & dispensability)
4. How small of an amount of LC are you capable of dispensing?
For a "real world," non-anal, "favorable results" answer though, go with one like Wharfrat's.

well i have a sterile glove box that i made and i guess im willing to wait for colonization .. i really have no idea how good my LC is and i assume i can dispense as little as i please.. there are clumps of spores in my syringes if that speaks to how good they are but idk

I've tried inoculating 12 jars a couple of times. Both times I had a few jars that just refused to grow, so I'm convinced that was stretching it a bit. I agree that ten is a good goal.
