I have a Ban... which was growing very strongly until... A day of 47 degrees. Since then every single leaf has fallen off. I understand that leaf fall is not uncommon, but I hope the rest of the plant doesn't follow suit...

Is the plant moveable?

Most will recover from an environmental shock fairly quick, if place in more optimal conditions.

Yes its movable, I've moved it to the bathroom until summer's over. Some of the runners (whatever the viney bits are called) are crispy but most is plyable so I'm assuming it's going to sprout from those bits.

I'll let someone else chime in, but the bathroom is probably one of the better places for humidity and more stable temps. Don't be too quick to cut off the crispy ends, unless they seem to be continuing to spread back down the vine. You will likely see buds form at the leaf junctions.
