I’ve got a problem I’m hoping you guys can help with. I am a noob to all of this. I’ve got six cakes in a shotgun fruiting chamber that I built. Nothing special. Everything was going great five days of fruiting after a 24hr soak and I notice my cakes are starting to turn a bluesish green in some place. Day some small pans and baby mushrooms are beginning to decrease in size and generally look unhealthy. This is my first go at mycology, my fruit chamber is in the same place as my oysters and lions mane so I’m not sure how or where I would have gotten termination. All my other fungi are doing great.

Sounds like bruising.

This can be caused by drying of the substrate.

What is the relative humidity? - Should be above 80%

How often are your fanning? - 3 times a day for a few seconds each session is usually sufficient.
