Hey guys,

Unable to post in proper thread, so i hope this is fine.

I noticed there is some blue spots around the rims of some of my cakes. Typically the more successful ones.
Does it look like mold? If so, how can i deal with it? Could i just cut off the bad spots?

PS: My perlite is extremely wet, could my humidity be too high?

Looks like bruising brought on by moisture condensation.

Nothing to worry about.

Stop misting those cakes directly once they pin.
