I would clone the shit out of that big cluster. In fact, I would do at least a sleeve myself. Great job hon.

I gotta pour some agar!! I’m being lazy. I got some PE from a friend of mine that I’ve been cloning out for stronger Rhizomorphic growth. He was doing ok but there was a lot of tomentose growth and I knew it could be better.

The fist jar is where I started and the fallowing jars are on the 2nd generation out. The second and third pic your seeing through the agar cause there upside down.

That is some sweet riz going there. Jump on the agar now if you can to clone that cluster. That is your golden ticket just waiting for you to cash it in for the Willie Wonka tour!

Time to take the P.E. another step towards mono. Out of all the first clones I took from the dish I had that was all fluffy weak tomentose growth. This dish is impressive with the Rhizomorphic growth it’s put out sense the beginning. So it has earned the name MASTER!. So I’m taking 3 clones now from the main sectors of my master and growing them out. dead833451c738d20814e268e2b2f365.jpge120877ae029eaa1c433394ffc2d373f.jpg

Here’s the 2 PE transfers from agar to agar. They’re doing great! You can see the Rhizomorphic growth right off the hop.

It’s a battle for the new master!

Place your bets Myceli fam!!!!!

And here is a clone from one of the clusters of my last grow. I cut the cap off the mushroom and slit it down the middle. Then I removed the nice fresh tissues from the inside of the fruit body. Don’t be afraid if it starts turning blue when your working on it it’s just bruising. After removing the pieces I let them soak in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 min to kill any contam that may be hiding sense I’m taking it from a non sterile to sterile medium and environment. I’ve never noticed any slowing of growth from soaking in peroxide, and I’ve never gotten a contamination cloning from fruit. I remove the fruit sample from the peroxide and drop it directly onto my agar dish. 6499dfb8c2baf39a925fbca11fa74809.jpg

I'm not sure that you need to do the h2o2 dip. I'd just take more samples and make a few more jars. Even if they contaminate, one can simply clean them up through transfers. Just my .02 cents. Great thread btw, well done
