Environmental factors are as followed colon temperature between 70 and 73 degrees Fahrenheit.
Was that caused by sitting on a block of ice? (sorry, couldn't help comment on your unusually-cold colon, lol).
But anyway, that temp range is a bit low. That's not a problem, it just means slower progress. You can bump it up to ~75 and that will pick up the pace.
You can also lose the light you have sitting next to the bin. Lighting is not needed if it's getting enough ambient light from the window or room lights. Lights set too close to bins can also cause problems from the excessive radiant heat that can dry things out too much.
If you don't see any progress in another day you can pull the pins off the cakes and try dunking them since being too dry can also cause cakes to stall. That's probably what's going on here.
Other than possibly stalling from being a bit dry your cakes look great. A dunk should help them fruit nicely.

Is it normal after dunk and roll for my cakes to be trying to colonize the verm they were rolled in?
Great sign of healthy growth and what you are seeing is the attempt to continue to colonize but running into a non food source. This is what tells the cake it's time to fruit!
