@pokemania, you're not the only one around here that listens to a lot of dead.
The community has a very wide variety of musical tastes. I've learned about old bands I never knew and new bands I've never heard. I personally love a very very wide range of music.
Archive is the home of the dead.

Probably more likely to trip to this. Floating points is a little too chaotic.
The most beautiful thing I've ever heard. Was the call to Allah in Israel. Absolute gorgeous hearing it reverb off the old stone from multiple temples around the city. Didn't enjoy Israel but loved the tastes and sounds and sneaking away to places I shouldn't have gone. Mainly the Arab quarters. Don't start shit and you're good.
Tiny Desk you kill me
From feeling spiritual to rocking out and feeling like a 15 year old melodramatic girl. (Always thought this was just the chick from Rodrigo and Gabriella, damn I'm dumb typing their names out)

Absolutely loving most of their catalogue. Any other similar acts to check out?
Of course this classic

Loving how these younger bands are busting out the sonic youth, pixies, type of influences. Love the deadpan goofy lyrics.

Hard to find a good one. Probably easier to find in Arabic.

Like to think Kurt would be a bit brighter sounding at this point.
Sure I posted this before. Top album possibly this year. Very spiritual will explore it again on the Solstice.
Pharaoh Sanders (doesn't need introduction and if you don't know...), Floating Points (amazing electronic artist I'm just learning to appreciate), and LSO (come on!).
Wish I could say the piece was a ray of light in these times. It's meditative and chaotic but similar to a good trip.
