Serious psychonauts aren't playing games!
I think I remember some mention of games here, but can't now say where or when.

...then I got to thinking if there was a pressure cooker game? Maybe plug the relief valve and bet on how long it would take to blow.

Funny thing is that I first found out about Mycotopia thru an in-game chat. Some guy was talking about his cannabis blog; I asked him if he knew anything about mushrooms and he suggested that I check out Mycotopia. I spend a lot less time playing games since discovering this hobby.

That is pretty funny. I dont know if I am just getting older, or if the industry has totally gone to shit. It may just be both. I havent really been able to find any games that "scratch the itch"

I've been out of it since Atari's arcade games, Asteroids Deluxe and Battle Zone. Now I'd like to have those quarters back.

I’ve heard somewhere that the first step is admitting you have a problem
My name is Juthro, and I'm a gamer. It all started when I was still a kid and I took my first hit of Pong, and I was hooked after that.....

I like playing Sid Meyer's Civilization Vi: The Gathering Storm, with other people all over the world. A lot of time, it's people from France, Norway, Russia, etc...

I've been a gamer. It was my upbringing.
It used to make me pretty damn happy... when I was in my teens, I suppose. As I got older it's become nearly impossible to scratch that itch. So, I refrain from scratching it most of the time.

^ what is that video about ^ one guy playing with extreme lag I don't get it?
What are you guys playing these days?
Just finished Death stranding and I gotta say for a game essentially designed as a massive elaborate fetch quest it was oddly entertaining. As far as the story goes well, ya it was weird and didn't make much sense, it may have had something to do with that bail of weed I smoked during it.
Right now I have been playing an Indy game, it is a Metroid style crawler called Hollow Knight that has been pretty fun to play. There is something great about that old school type game where someone isn't holding your hand or showing you a giant floating arrow so you know where to go next. Sometimes we forget that there is value in the struggle, it may make you angry and probably going to make you want to quit, but when you finally do manage to get past a difficult part the payoff becomes that much greater.

I need to get further in Death Stranding. Beautiful from the bit of time I put in, bizarre story, even stranger playing Norman Reedus.
Hollow Knight I've never completed I always get sidetracked. Seeing a trend here.
Me and the wife are on the last chapter of A Hat in Time, unless she wants to go for completionist. It's one of those great platformers from the N64-PS2 era, so great for the wife to feel she's helping....
