Hey guys I've been incubating this tub for 8- 10 weeks now and there is a part at the very bottom which doesn't look like it has colonised fully but is not changing atall, also in all 4 corners it looks like the myc is very thin I dont know whether to put it into fruiting as there is lots of nots and a few yellow latches starting to appear? Any advice is much appreciated!

You have knots! I would do exactly what you have been doing for a few more days. After they mature and start to look like lil mushrooms, move to your fruiting chamber or whatever you have planned. All to often do I see people at this same stage smother their babies with to much love. Then top gets too dry or too wet and ask why its only fruiting from the sides. I also wouldn't worry to much about the parts that aren't as dense. Its colonized just with a different texture and density. I wouldn't be surprised if you get the biggest mushrooms from that darker areas.
