I cleaned out most of my dried mushrooms from 2022 and made gummies from acidulated tea, now I'm ready for the 2023 season.

They are supposed to last longest in the freezer. I'm still thinking about making some vacuum sealed packs of maybe 12 or so per pack for convenience.
