I have an herbal infuser that’s basically a blender that gets hot for specific amounts of time, mainly for infusing cannabis into butter, honey, oil, etc.
Do you suppose I could use the infuser for mushrooms? For cannabis you’ll strain the finely blended material through cheesecloth to remove the plant, but I wonder if that’d be necessary with mushrooms? How hot is too hot to heat the mushrooms to?

Just got a Magic Butter machine but haven’t tried it out yet. Hadn’t even thought about this aspect. I’ve only heard that heat can destroy the mushies and their potency so I don’t know man. Good luck and let us know how it works brother.

But you are only playing in the 220-235ish range with cannibis extraction, so... I think you would be fine... I mean, I use boiling water to make tea, so logic goes that a butter or oil infuser would be doing the same thing at roughly the same temps, right?
