Ty brother. Its better. May i ask how long to see mycelium? Been about 5 days. Ty!

From spores to visible mycelium in liquid culture is really anybody's guess. Depends upon the age and viability of the spores. Then it depends on whether the sample was sterile (fungal spores only) or whether it had other types of spores mixed-in (mold, bacteria, yeast, etc.)

If you do live tissue transfer (in the future), you'll start seeing growth within a couple of days.

Since you already know how to make LC - next time take the extra step and add the agar powder. Pour some plates and use them to germinate spores. From the agar, you'll be able to make live tissue transfers for a better success rate.
