Hey guys i hope that this Topic won't be a interference or wrong place to post it,even if it is please let me know so i can update my Journal in proper Category.
 
I just wish to update you guys and let you know how i am doing with Microdosing Amanita Muscaria for my Social and General Anxiety,as well as for introspection and healing of my -Self!! So i can hopefully help others to see how this beautiful Fungi can impact lives and help everyone in its own unique way!!
 
I am on day 10 of Microdosing Amanita Muscaria and it helps me a lot,my brain works so much better,my intelligence is highlighted in a way that i truly feel as if im using much more of my potential and my intelligence itself!!! I still have somewhat 10grams of Amanita and im using somewhere around 0,5grams to 1 gram a day!! And also i just ordered yesterday another 30gram batch that will come in the next two weeks,i just took my microdose 1 hour ago and im literally writing this and my brain works like wonders!Something i haven't felt in years due to my lack of focus and concentration(ADHD),you can really feel it in my Writing Skills,cause i had wrote on this forum before in much worse way,without spelling things properly and such!
 
 
Every time i microdose Amanita,and i actually plan to Watch a movie or tv show before i do,i always end up reasearching more about what other had experienced on it and its like time stops fully,when i look at the clock after my 'Reasearch' its been like few hours and im ready to sleep:P.And i can tell you for sure that my Usual 'Vivid' dreams that i had for most of my life,had became even more Vivid and lucid after starting Amanita Microdose daily.Yesterday i dreamt about my Previous lifetime,thats atleast what i remember,cause i was stupid enough to instantly get out of my bed and continue about the day,and thats a big NO no if i want to write what i remember,i always remember my dreams,but if i get up and do something else ,i start to forget it pretty fast.
 
I only remember myself as being a Little girl in some completely different city,timeline or year on this planet or possibly somewhere else,and i remember that i cried literally all night in my dreams.It was very intense but yet very positively and emotional,kinda hard to describe,and  thats why i should of listened to my friend and start my dream journal so i can start analysing it and connecting the dots.Because the night before i have dreamed about my past life,i was actually thinking how i want to go to  regression therapy that i have been planning on, to look into my past lives.Its as if Amanita(Spirit) is listening to me,and i truly believe It does.Because i always talk to the Amanita(Spirit) before i take it,and i give my thanks and my wishes to Amanita!!
 
And ofcourse also,what i discovered much earlier in my life is that Weed was always preventing me from having any dreams or even remembering i had them.So everytime i would stop smoking weed as i would pause on and off in my life,i would experience hardcore vivid dreams.But now that i fully quitted smoking weed,i feel and see the progression of it,especially with Amanita as my companion!!

Hello Astrofaer, I have just come across this thread whilst doing my own research into microdosing Amanita Muscaria and Inwas wondering how you are getting on with your experiment?

Thanks for sharing your experience with this mushroom astrofaer it's great to hear of your positive experiences so far. Anything more to report since your first post.

 

I've always lived with a rather irrational fear of this mushrooms properties given the scare campaigns surrounding its toxicity. To date the only account of a person dying of A.muscaria poisoning I've been able to conjure comes from an instance in which one man ingested 20 specimens at one sitting! Meanwhile alcohol poisoning kills 6 Americans each day and yet that doesn't stop me from enjoying a beer. This negative stigma surrounding A.muscaria will only end if more of us explore it's therapeutic properties. As our season nears I'm excited to micro dose this species for the first time in my life. I have walked by it in pursuit of psychedelics for more than a decade. This time I will explore further than it's fairy tale presence in the forest. Will report results for all those interested.

It's still on my to do list. The season has arrived so next venture to the forest I'll collect some of these mushrooms and report on the effects.

I've just taken my first microdose of A.muscaria. A dose of 0.3g dried material made into a tea. No effects 30 minutes in. If I don't experience anything I'll try a larger dose another day.

Okay so no effects to report after a few hours. Safe to say this dose is below the threshold. Plan is to increase the dose slightly each day until I find a happy medium.

I chomped a mushroom, a full large cap that was dried in the sun and then puked and I drooled like a delirious maniac on the ground in the dark, under a full moon, while time stopped completely..... and I thought I was dead......

Amanita is definitely not for "recreationing" and long term micro-dosing provided this experimenter, also, with a rise in clarity and a specific ending too.....but I pick them wild if I can find them...

 

I'm due to dry some this year methinks if the DEER don't eat them all.....WTF? I don't know If I'll ever eat a big old mushroom again but micro is on the agenda....

I attempted this with dried, foraged specimens off and on for about a year. I would consume up to a couple tablespoons in the morning. I never felt any appreciable effects. Nice to hear the op believes they are getting value for their efforts.

Recently started trying this out myself. Foraged about half a dozen medium to large A.Muscaria last autumn. Separated caps from stems and split the stems longways to facilitate quicker drying. Fanned until pretty crispy, then stuffed in a jar with plenty of desicant packs. This thread reminded me I had them a few weeks back so I've powdered them to homogenise it. Got about 40g to experiment with. Been taking it easy as no recent experience of A.M. and fully aware of how variable there active content can be. Started with a 0.5g brewed into a ginger tea with some bonus vitamin C and honey. Can't say as that was noticeable effect. Then a day or 2 later 1g brewed up the same way. Some relaxation noticed. Can't say that slept any better. Which was the primary benefit I was hoping for. Have since done 1.5g and then last night 2g. At this dose there is a definite anxiolytic effect which persists into the following day. Still not noticed improved sleep yet. Will try 2.5g next time. Will also need to go foraging again in a few months to restock for further experiments. Current stash won't last long if I end up using 2.5g a time and take it once or twice a week.

sorry but 1.5 to 2.5 isnt a microdose and if you still are not noticing anything (which shouldnt be thaat noticible with micro) then take a few days or a week off and let ur brain relax

Mega dosing vitamin B1 might do more for your sleeping than atropine and its relatives.

Not saying don't do it, but if you need help with sleep....
