Today, I stirred my LC for the first time since knocking it up. It's been 5 days. It has a nice cloud of mycelium floating around in it. Mixed it up real good and put it back in its incubating space.
How long should I let it germinate before use and storing it in the fridge?

LC storage..

I stir mine at least twice a day until fully colonized.
I typically let them go until I see that growth has slowed. Depending on genetics, some will take longer to finish than others.

Thanks Pj! I guess I'll start stirring more.
It's so cool seeing the mycelium suspended in the liquid!

The more you stir, the faster they finish
