The colonization seems to have stalled..? Its been three days since I’ve noticed growth. Theres also some little white dots on the heavy growth areas. What are those?

Any help is great help. Thanks!

I can't really see much with the size of the pic you uploaded. If I had to guess though, I would say that it didn't stall. It probably switched gears going from colonization to fruiting mode. It is now spending energy on fruiting rather than colonizing. A good indication of this would be formation of primordia or knots in the mycelium (white dots) Try not to fuss with it much for the next few days and let it do its thing. Those white dot should continue to multiply and start developing into mushrooms.

I will do that. I also laid down some wax paper to help form a canopy (a tech. i found somewhere here in the forums). Should I finally remove that? I lift it sometimes for fae but not too often because of worry of contams.

I've heard that placing bubble wrap on top of the sub can also help...
