So i have come a long way sense my first fruit. I did not log my first bulk grow.. But this is definitely my biggest grow so far. Here lets see what ol' Dablue have been up too..

Here we have 6 clean, crisp, beautiful, b+ cloned grain jars about to be mixed with this wonderfull stuff.

It will be roughly a 50/50 mix into a 64qt tub. (Watch video)

Very nice Dabluebonic, I like the ratio you're using.... 1:1 I even use 1:1 for bird seed, meanwhile it can safely spawn to 1:4.

What kind of grain did you use and when you took the tissue samples was it from a worthy cluster? I'm wishing you the best of luck with your grow.... 8qts grain spawn to 8qts of coir should put out over a half a pound if not more of dry mushrooms, if you're just a personal user you'll have enough to last yourself years lol if not..... ready up them jars of grain for round 2 :) you may want to actually keep a clone jar for a g2g, you can transfer them up to 4x before degradation of the genetics manifests itself.

Just thought I'd bring it up just in case.

Yes i am excited. This is how i cloned my fruit, and yes it was from a nice cluster.

I have no real need to use manure or any "hot" additives. I would be using verm but am too lazy to get some. This tub should be fine with out it. I give credit to Pjammer for the ratio. I've seen him mention it alot in my readings and it is smart. Thanks for the support FunG <3

P.s it was Wild bird seed

Hey Dabluenonic, any tips on removing cakes from jars with shoulders? I've got my first grow going and a few jars almost fully colonized and was wondering how to go about that...

Heh... either break the jar or break the cake cause theres no other options other then to invitro fruit (fruit the cake from the jar opening) and wrap the sides in duct tape so you dont get side pins.

The only three things that come to my mind.

You used pf tek without a wide mouth jar? Im far from an expert but i would.. Prepare to spawn to a bulk method. You will have to digout the spawn with a spoon, thus ruining your chances of using a sgfc. Try the rez effect tek. With a mono or dubtub tek. Basically the same thing i did here.

The rewards are greater and imo doing a monotub was a little easier for me to accomplish. Sgfc was kinda complicated.

Good idea about wrapping sides in duct tape!

Mutations i guess. My first tub was loaded with them. Some fruits were just a blob of mutation. After cloning it seems to be a few less mutations.

I read that "fuzzy socks" (when that fuzz is on the lower stipe) is caused by issues with f.a.e and r.h. do you think that has anything to do with it?

There was a little bit of "fuzz" on some stems, but i dont think that is the reason for the mutations. Ive read and seen logs of the same, the b+ is known for this exact mutation. But i am all ears if the experts share there knowledge.
