I am growing out some Copelandia / Panaeolus Hawaiian spores. These plates are from the first transfer away from germinated spores. What is that mass of stuff coming up? 93a888e848badf787fe38fb9ea88e80d.jpgc7a709628c18f48a38214d3428e54c3e.jpg190083c61a05f368566140192dd9bd5c.jpg8f061755498f8049c6633c84983a6772.jpg

The plates looks clean. I don't see any obvious signs of poor agar technique. The mycelium looks like what I would expect to see from Pan myc minus the tumors. The tumors appear to be the same organism as the myc rather than a competing contaminate. IDK what you have there but if it were mine, out of curiosity I would make transfers and grow it out to see what it is. If it is actually the pans you are intending to grow maybe you have a strain that is prone to form scerlotia. It looks interesting from my chair more so than something of concern.
