So, we're going to turn it into an argument about which end of the egg we open?
Weaponized labels will derail the study of anything.
Then why use a loaded term?
That's what "we're", or at least I am attempting to avoid. You chose the label, not me. You of all people here (accept TV, probably) surprise me in not understanding (or at least ignoring) the importance of language in a discussion such as this. If you wish to alienate huge portions of the population with your lazy, loaded use of the word capitalism, be my guest. But you better hope that wall you're banging your head against is well-built. We're a long way off from people just understanding what you mean when you use lazy language. Whether you want to be the observer observing observation and believe it isn't so, or whatever, language and it's precision, still matters.
Newspeak wasn't one of the main concepts Orwell put into the world so it could become a half-assed cliche for anyone to toss out while "fighting the man" (though unfortunately, that's mostly what it's become). He knew how important language is and knew it's power to enslave, persuade, obfuscate, empower, propagandize and, hopefully, free people.
