I wonder what Terrence McKenna would make of this thing? So i gotta say, this is WAY better than my GVG imho of course. Let me explain; price was about $25. No learning curve, no finesse, worked perfectly first shot. No 3 to 4 hits to get it done, you can easily do it in one wack with this thing. No foul taste whatsoever. Highly,HIGHLY recommended

Yesterday I gave a friend his first dose of DMT with this device. 60mg. He was able to inhale it all in one toke. He had a breakthrough experience. This thing is fuckin sweet. I really encourage anyone here who's serious about their DMT to give this thing a try. $25, way cheaper than the Vapor Genie. Honestly i don't think I'll ever use my GVG again. I've found a far superior tool-imho of course

Care to give us a demonstration? Of course I mean pictures I don't need a sample lol. Looks like a nectar collector with silicone ends from here. Do you heat the steel then insert it to a glass dish with the D?

Correct it is a nectar collector. You torch the end of the titanium tip til it's orange then dab your dose. I put the dose on the bottom side of this Borosilicate dish and dab off of that, though I'm sure any glass will work.

The only inefficiency is the bit of residue left on the glass after dabbing. But that is easily scraped up with a razor blade. I've tried quite a few different ways to vape DMT and this one beats the rest, hands down.

I have one that is all glass. I actually picked up for the same reasons. I fear that the glass or the steel tip is gonna fall out while hot. I have mocked a couple practice runs with it and did experience issues coming apart. I'm sure if I sucked it up and gave a try on the real deal there would probably be enough resin to prevent it from falling apart so easy, but having a glowing red piece of steel in my lap while traveling doesn't sound fun. I may have to look for a silicone rig and give it a shot.

I got mine from Amazon. After I take my toke I set the device in a jar and it holds it upright. Then i lay back and enjoy the ride. Like I said, I've only used this thing once so far myself but I'll be giving it another go pretty soon here. Also i got some ceramic tips coming and I'll let you guys know how i like those compared to the titanium

Pre-heat the glass as much as you can stand before taking a hit and it will minimize that condensation.

Now i like this thing even better! I got some ceramic tips in the mail today. I definitely prefer them over titanium. The taste is better and it holds heat for MUCH longer. And it looks cooler imho lol

Coming back years later and everything I've said in this thread still holds up: nectar collector is hands down the best device for vaping deems. Please don't buy a Vapor Genie, what a waste of money. I have no idea how it became the predominant glassware for vaping DMT. Earlier in the thread someone mentioned using a pure glass device, with no silicone. My newest ones (such as the one pictured) don't have silicone pieces. I do still like them but the silicone degrades over time. IME the silicone on my DMT vape kinda hardened while the same exact one used only for cannabis extract remains more pliable. I'm thinking something in the DMT vapor is causing this to happen, especially since the one used only for dabs has been used hundreds to thousands of times more often than the DEEM rig and isn't undergoing any kind of similar degradation. So my addendum to this thread is to avoid the silicone rigs if possible for DMT, get an all glass rig. BTW doesn't this contraption look like it just jumped straight outta the DMT realm? Lol
