I am going to attempt making two types of wine. I have only viewed an old timers recipe and one online they are pretty close. I need to do some more research but plan to pick my grapes soon they should be close in a month or less. I have wild muskadine and scuppernon. I wanna do one mash of each and then a mixed mash. Was just wondering if anyone had any input or suggestions if they have experience with it.
Purple is muskadine. I thi k the green will turn purple if not it's the scuppernon I just came across this one recently through someone so I need to wait to be sure.

I use wild grapes Alot for wine!!

Nice is there anything you add to it or does the basic recipe turn out good usually? I wanna try several batches I've not tried to do it yet.

I made mine like mead,
Boild my mash of grapes, added a good bit of honey,
Cooled, then added champagne yeast

This is from a old wild vine. I got quite a few scouted out in the woods that make grapes but none as much as this one. Then I have that one vine that may be scuppernon or muskadine I just got access to from ol buddy. He just wants some wine haha.

The others are lagging behind this one tho and I hope I get enough. I been thinking if I dont il just get some muskadine from the market. I'm not ready to admit defeat yet tho.
