I hate the taste and ive always parachuted it . Finding a good single ply toilet paper and putting a teaspoonful
In the center of the paper and wrap it up tight. Ill drink a gulp of water still in my mouth in one
Motion throw the kratom wrap in as i swallow the water and down ot goes
Its a bit tricky i have no problems swallowing a hand full of vitamins/pills so its quick.
It can be difficult if not done in one motion but its the only way i can even handle taking kratom.
