It's been a couple of years, but I'm excited to be back and starting up some projects again. One up-side to this whole pandemic is that it's giving me some more time at home that I can focus on reviving this hobby. Working from home has been rather convenient since I can babysit a pressure cooker, and steamer for pasteurization while I work =)
Time to sift through my old cultures and see if I can bring them back to life.
