I normally seal my bags after the pc run but they frequently get some crinkles and what not in them. This last run those crinkles lead to failure of the seal. I’ve ordered new parts for my impulse sealer, but if I can buy better bags that will maintain their pliability better after a pc run that would be fantastic.

I didn’t lose anything I can’t replace except 5 hours of PC time, but it’s super frustrating.

Are you getting crinkles where you want to seal? If so try folding the top of the bag under so the bag sits on top of the open end. When you take it out of the PC carefully peel the top of the bag from the bottom and seal immediately.

I don't know if it helps, but I've bought pre-made bags with 2 - 3 seals. Is it possible to seal without cutting, and then if that doesn't take add a 2nd seal above that? Does that make any sense at all?
